That Highway lady got what’s coming to her, they know they was wrong for what they did.
The King is so broken, he doesn’t even talk majestically anymore, which was a big sign of depression that I noticed back in episode 1 of this season. After all his back to back losses, he doesn’t even have the will to lead, he didn’t even know what commands to give back at Hiltop when the tree fell. Jerry always looking out for him though.
That Michonne & Judith scene was such a great reminence of Rick & Carl back in season 4 taking on the Walkers when the fence gave in, it was really the moment Michonne knew, she’s not just a child and that she doesn’t necessarily have to protect her from the walkers because all the training paid off and Judith really can defend herself and survive if need be. She was so proud.
I also found it funny that last season Gabriel argued so hard with Michonne about her being so strict and the council not being the ones making decisions, but the moment Michonne left, things went left and they ain’t making no damn decisions. People getting beat up and killed, someone is graffiting up the place and no one saw anything, and Negan escaped. Who the hell guards the place at night, they let an awful lot of stuff happen lol
