Had a good leg sesh today! I hit a personal record of 165kg on leg press which was nice, it moved surprisingly easier than I thought too! More often than not the barriers you have in the gym are all in your head.
My current glute/ham focused leg day is made up of this βΊοΈ ::
Hip thrusts 3 x 12
Hip abduction 3 x 12-15
Leg curl 3 x 12-15
Leg press high 3 x 12-15
RDLs 3 x 8
(getting a lilβ bored of RDLs so I might switch them out for sumo deadlifts again)
