Firstly, matching hair with matching clothes is a new thing I’m absolutely here for hahahaha
Anyway, since I’ve stopped working with my P.T. I’m just kind of training without any specific goals in mind…but I feel like I need something to help me along the way a bit 🤷🏼♀️
Kinda still really wanna do an in-gym photoshoot but I don’t feel like I have the gains to show off for that yet. Maybe something I could work towards again?
Do you have any ideas for things I could train “for”, to give me a kick up the ass a little bit haha. It’s been too easy to miss sessions the last couple of weeks, and that’s not really good enough!
