After two years of working non stop I think I’m deep into a burn out!
Very much so struggling to find motivation to do anything & just sleeping loaaaaads BUT, still trying my best to keep on top of everything hahaha
I really haven’t wanted to train the last month or so but I’ve forced myself to show up to the sessions. I always end up feeling better for it anyway :)
How do you guys deal with burn out? Would love some advice if you have any 🧟♀️
