First Playtests for IF WE WIN

Very excited to finally announce the first of a few rounds of playtesting for a remote version of IF WE WIN. These tests are serving double duty for me. IF WE WIN requires me to have a pretty intense mastery of a lot of facts, and it's hard to zero in on what information needs to be in the piece at any given time without having a bunch of conversations and seeing how the balance of information affects the participant experience.
But just as interesting to me at the moment is the opportunity to explore the translation of in-person experiences to remote, and back. With the staggered return to in-person experiences, I want to learn more about the role digital and distance performance can play in the theater ecosystem. I also think remote engagements could play a really interesting role in changing how in-person work is developed. The Telelibrary showed me the power of building adaptive systems that audiences can actively shape and co-author over time, and I'd like to see if the tools of remote performance can continue to provide entryways into collaboration with audiences.
