Dirty Pair Starport Security
Added 2024-10-21 13:00:14 +0000 UTCI've been a big anime fan since the before times: waaay back in 1988. Back then we didn't have all your fancy Narutoes or any of your Attacks on your Titanses. We had stuff like Project A-Ko, Urusei Yatsura, and Bubblegum Crisis. My favorite by far, though, was Dirty Pair. The appeal is pretty simple: two hot twentysomethings flying around in space solving crimes in futuristic bikinis. There is simply nothing not to love about that concept. A year or so ago, I backed a Kickstarter that was putting Dirty Pair on Blu-Ray and I'm starting to get my stuff delivered now. Seeing it brought back so many pleasant memories that I had to do a little sketch commemorating my joy. This is that sketch.

2024-10-22 03:36:54 +0000 UTCI got the standies a while back and they do not disappoint. I had to offset them though. The remotes worked on both bases at the same time. Probably the last thing right stuff got right before the merger.
