It's Friday, and that means that your latest episode of Expert Reacts on EXP is available, it's Call of Duty: World at War! Enjoy!

It's Friday, and that means that your latest episode of Expert Reacts on EXP is ready for your viewing pleasure, and this time - you chose the game!

Yep, Jonathan will be taking a look at the winner of our recent poll, Call of Duty: World at War - a game that, shockingly, is nearly 17 years old...

Don't forget, as an Extended Episode patron you get an extra long episode with a bunch of extra content, a week earlier than the main feed, and it's ad-free. Lovely stuff!

Jonathan Ferguson, an expert in firearms history and the Keeper of Firearms & Artillery at the Royal Armouries Museum in the UK, breaks down the weapons of Call of Duty: World at War, including the Japanese Arisaka Type 99, the devastating M2 flamethrower, and the Mosin Nagant M38 Carbine, which features in the games' iconic Enemy at the Gates-inspired mission.

I think it would be really interesting and cool to do an artillery focused episode. I suppose it could prove difficult for Jonathan to bring them on camera though...

There is a normal WAW server called PDE which is core and normally has alot of players

Agree 100% about the tone of the violence/gore needing to match the tone of the game/story. I think this might fall under what's called "ludonarrative dissonance?"

Brilliant episode, brought back a lot of memories! For future videos they're obviously not Call of Duty games but I would love to see Jonathan react to Medal of Honor 2010 and Warfighter. They are criminally underrated games that had fantastic campaigns and were both really ahead of their time in terms of the weapon models and handling, particularly Warfighter!

What's the deal with the little radiation warning(?) tags on Jonathan's Type 99?

What a blast from the past! WaW was my first cod and kind of the reason I got into this sort of thing. Awesome Episode!

“YorkshirePud” and “Lubeplayer” are some excellent usernames. Not gun related, but those two deserve some credit.

Outstanding episode. I really enjoy it when you are showing and discussing actual weapons.
