I will never forget on the Gossip Girl reboot, a storyline of a "fake sapphic" singer that wanted to date publicly one of the characters (a girl) but the twist was she was with a man and it was this big secret...ngl I immediately thought abt fletcher. (Not saying her being bi is invalid, but the way the show framed it felt very inspired to say the least)
