i really loved this analysis!! one thing i would note though is that taylor implied daylight was written before lover (daylight was the original title before lover) so i think it’s placement on the album might be more because it feels like a closing song. with that lens, it makes the transition from lover to folklore even more clear (afterglow/inthaf)
