This character, Ayako, is being chased by a well-intentioned diaper fairy by the name of Princess Puffy Butt, and she wants to make sure everyone who steps into dreamland gets all the tender care and, more importantly, puffy butt they need to be safe and secure!

Mostly in the dream though every once in a while if they weren't already padded might wake up wearing them. Very rare though
