What did you think of Chapter 4?

As much as I try to refrain from criticizing in general, I share the sentiment regarding Mikan... still not used to the fact that she shares the same name as my favorite OC of DD's. But yes, personally I feel like she was dealt with too easily. Kotoko's downfall was subtly foreshadowed when Komaru's juices infected her, but I can't say the same for Mikan based on what we recollect. Still, syringes are often treated as double edge swords in other stories generally, so the ingredients were already there but not given time to marinate. There is also the TGT 2, so I wouldn't be surprised by time constraints being a factor, and I'd heavily prefer DD to take his time instead of push himself to pump out new art. Either way, the chapter was still marvelous regardless and we still got some monster muscle on the page! I look forward to what comes next! ^^

2025-09-04 17:37:22 +0000 UTCWell i certainly liked it. Apart from the obvious growth stuff (🤤) i also really enjoyed Yuta here. Him stopping Komaru and Toko from fighting should have been in canon too and him living much longer really helped for his character. The only thing i have abit of critique for is the fight against Mikan. Dont get me wrong i love the design and her overall presence, but i thought the fight against her was way too easy compared to the previous ones. One punch from Komaru and she's out. Which would fit her overall character, but with her big muscles and her syringes i was kinda hoping for her to get a boost too. Oh well. Overall i liked Chapter 4 and cant wait for the side story. I'll give it 8/10
