Added 2021-09-03 15:04:24 +0000 UTCSo I didn't lose my job, but they are requiring me to spend more of my day at the office, which means I will no longer be able to do as much 3D work during my breaks etc.
I'm not sure how much it'll affect my 3D work, it might mean that I'll be more motivated to do 3D since I'm not doing it 24/7, but it might also mean that I might have less energy to do 3D. What I do know, though, is that I'm not going to go on hiatus, so that's good!
