A lot has happened in this past month and a half and it's mostly because your fav dev/artist got a bit too silly.
Nothing bad has happened, on the contrary a lot of things have been going great, but to the detriment of my available time for SMC and my art.
Basically, in may a friend of mine told me of a great work opportunity where they used to work. As some of you may know I'm a university graduate, I've been lucky enough to be able to work on this patreon, and my commissions, and make a living through that more or less. Whoever this job was exactly in what I studied for and in an area that I love.
So I took it and it's been great! I love every part of it and everything have been smooth sailing. Of course that would mean I now have to work on SMC and my art on my free time, instead of being my primary focus. And while this is true it isn't exactly the reasons why I've been slow on progress.
Apart from that happening at the beginning of May, I was also in the process of applying for an scholarship to Japan, to study either Illustration or Animation. That required a lot of documents and stuff that I had to get ready and also three big exams in order to apply. So that took the time that I had after work.
That being said, I finished the exams this past Friday! I think I did well, and if I did I will have to go to an interview as the final process, but apart from that now I'm back to having time to work on SMC and my illustrations! Starting today I'm going to be working hard to get back on track. In a way it served as a bit of a break and I'm more than motivated to work on everything that I love here.
So those are the news, I know in reality it's not that uncommon for me to take around 2 months for a new update to release, but still this time a lot of things were happening and I wanted to let you guys know.
I will keep you guys posted if I get the scholarship or not, but for now time to work!

I'm glad to know that things have gone well for you with your personal things, to be honest when I found out about your game I didn't think that someone had created one with such a theme that I love, I just joined the patreon

2024-06-24 01:15:29 +0000 UTCgood to hear! also i have said it to many before and will say it plenty in future but always feel free to focus on your own personal life when ya need to now matter how serious or normal it is as opposed to focusing on arguably overly slooty style games that can only ever take so much president in your life over the seroius stuff ;D also dont worry that we would leave cause this is good content that makes us wanna see what is gonna come down the pipeline next and will always be readt o be here to play whatever ya make for us good sir!
