This month's comm raffle winner (WIP)
Added 2023-10-21 22:00:01 +0000 UTCBasically, since there's only one person on Hobgoblin tier, i wouldn't be able to make an actual raffle, so they ended up having the comm (since i also couldnt just not do the comm thing).
Both characters are their Oc, which i think the design is pretty nice
