Hestia Outfit 3 a.k.a Ball dress Hesta!

Happy late Thanksgivings to my USA readers! I'm currently on my family holiday but thankfully, my artist finished Hestia's latest art so I still have some content to post! Here you go — ball dress Hestia when she attended the royal ball and the slave auction (minus dragon features for this one).
I can actually imagine Hestia saying: "Hey, I can make a flame flower! Awesome, yeah?" All while waggling her tail.
As you can see, there is a patch of scales on her chest — the protective scales surronding her sun core. It's hidden here since its pretty much in the middle of her chest. Cleavage, in other words. With the black and red dress, her sun core is perfectly hidden underneath it while anybody ignorant would just think it's a dragonewt feature. Nice!
Anyways, this one took a bit to finished. I'm sorry for the delay. Still, with how well it came out, I'm sure the wait was well worth it!
