Rewriting Dragon Ball Super: The Universe Survival Arc
Added 2025-01-07 20:47:11 +0000 UTCThis rewrite of Dragon Ball Super has proved to be far more challenging and time consuming than first anticipated. After having attempted to scale The Goku Black mountain last week, pleased that I emerged with my sanity partially intact, I began working on what I thought would be a demonstrably less demanding affair. I was wrong. Again.
I soon discovered that if the changes I had made earlier during Battle of Gods and Resurrection F were to bear any fruit, then the Universe Survival arc and the recruitment surrounding it would require a more substantial rewrite than previously thought. The butterfly effect has doomed me.
The result is a surprisingly large rewrite of Gohan's story leading into the tournament in addition to the subsequent action of its beginning. And the crazy part is.... It's not done yet!
