When I first started getting into Anime I was always told the Big 4(I.E. The ones that have transcended Manga and Anime and have resturants and all kinds of other things) were 1)DragonBall/DragonBallZ 2)One Piece 3)Naruto/Shippuden 4)Bleach They were always explained to me as just the top of the top, everything else is trying to reach them.

I remember just thought it looked like a crappy dragon ball clone when I saw Naruto and the colour of his clothes. Wasn’t til years later when my friend showed me an AMV of it that made me change my mind and I watched it.
