I'm not very good at English, so I'm using a translation tool. 😓
Thank you very much for always viewing my illustrations!
In this article, I'd like to write about my personal preferences and artistic approach when creating illustrations. I'm always trying new things every day, constantly experimenting to make my illustrations as good as possible, and I'd like to share those efforts and challenges with you as well.
I'm not sure if this content will match the exact interests of all my supporters, but in the future, I plan to write more about my trial-and-error process specifically in articles for paid members.
First of all, when it comes to characters, I particularly love Navia from Genshin Impact, Robin from Honkai: Star Rail, and Vivian from Zenless Zone Zero. Consequently, illustrations of these characters tend to appear frequently in my work. 🥰 I also especially enjoy drawing older sister-type (or "onee-san"-type) characters.

My illustration style features a watercolor-like softness and a handmade, analog feel.
While utilizing this gentle atmosphere, I prefer to include detailed backgrounds. I feel that when you can see where the character is and what they are doing, you can faintly glimpse the emotions and story behind them.

I also admire the style of using a plain white background to keep a sharp focus on the character... To strike a balance, my recent approach has been to create a white border around the outside of the background.
This keeps the character as the main focus while still giving a sense of depth to the background—what do you think of this approach?

However, a background that is too dominant can sometimes interfere when showing suggestive or explicit actions.
Following my personal preference, many of my illustrations are in a first-person perspective, where the character is undressing and exposing themselves to the viewer. Figuring out the best way to present these actions remains a challenge for the future.

I also want to showcase wholesome (SFW) illustrations. I plan to incorporate storytelling that gradually leads from those to more sensitive scenes. If my distinct artistic sensibility is apparent in the work and people enjoy it, that would truly bring me immense joy.

I often give my characters a cool impression by not expressing too much emotion in their faces. I'm not sure why I love illustrations where the eyes have such power... Because of this preference, I tend to draw the eyelashes a little thicker.
Also, do you know that "squishy" part of the skin? I really want to convey that softness of the skin.

I also aim to create pieces where the entire atmosphere is conveyed in a single illustration. My ultimate goal is to produce work that is immediately recognizable as "That artist's illustration!" the moment you lay eyes on it.
The trial-and-error process will continue!
As a reminder, I plan to occasionally share records of these artistic efforts and techniques in articles specifically for my paid members. If you are interested in this kind of content, along with the R-18 illustrations, please consider supporting me!
