Immensely jealous of having such an adorable outing dress! It’s so cutely belted at the waist and the slits in the jumper skirt revealing the plaid inner layer is too sweet for words! I feel like some stockings would have truly sold this as Yumma’s best, though this is already an excellent outfit.
