November Preview

New Adventure!

This month (as always) we have a new adventure! This one with 4 battlemaps. 

Someone (or something) has activated the Ashioggd’lin beacon somewhere inside the sunken city of Xoggd’tha.

The beacon emits a grinding noise that can be heard from miles around, calling out from the depths of the sea and compelling all those on the surface that hear it to answer its call.

Entire villages along the coast now sit empty. Fishing vessels bob aimlessly off the shore with no one manning the helm. The Dreamer is close to awakening. Will you answer the call?

Hey everyone! We were blown away by the overwhelming interest and support that we’ve received for October and want to thank each and every one of you! We have been busy behind the scenes getting November’s release ready to go and wanted to share a small teaser with you today to give you a taste of what’s to come next in November.

We are releasing ‘The Dreamer Awakens” in early November. In it, you’ll find a roughly 30 page adventure with battle maps, telling the story of the sunken city of Xoggd’tha and the Dreamer being roused from his eternal sleep.

This adventure also includes a brand new curse to implement at your table and our new Somnid Template so you can show what happens to other monsters and creatures when exposed to the effects of the beacon!

New Race

We’re debuting our first official player race, the Xothe. These amphibious humanoids are nomads who tell tales of their home sinking to the bottom of the sea centuries ago, and of a creator beyond the stars to willed them into existence. With several racial traits to grant them some cool abilities, they’re perfect for someone wanting to play a mysterious character.

New Stats

We have 17 new monster stat blocks that are ready to be used in the adventure or even just dropped into your existing game! Including the dreamers three forms, ranging from CR 10-30, deep merfolk to lure sailors to their demise, swarms of blood-sucking louses, sea serpents, and more!

New Player Options

We’re bringing you two new subclasses! “The College of the Dreamer” Bard and the “Cleric: Dream Domain”. The bards, sometimes called Revaries, are the forerunners to the Dreamer’s inevitable invasion. They travel to the far stretches of the world, posing as other college’s, to  integrate themselves into the society of the locals. Through the introduction of myths and tales of the Dreamer, they begin to weave his influence into the region, so that when he awakens the world will be ready to welcome him.

The new Dream Domain was created for clerics who have put their faith into the Dreamer or who have forsaken their previous deities completely, choosing survival over salvation. They travel the land as disciples, converting others to their following as they spread word of the Dreamer’s part in creation.

New NPC

We were so happy to see how popular Ol’ Chap Ettercap was that we’re bringing you another fully fleshed out and stat blocked NPC (that’s even optionally recruitable in the adventure!) Sir Oswald the Octopus Knight. Son of King Osmundias, First of His name, and Heir to the Eight Spire Citadel. A fearless champion of justice!

Bonus Map

Speaking of Ol’ Chap, he’s been busy interacting with all of your players and taking their hard earned gold, that he’s been able to do an expansion on his shop! We’ve got a new revised main level map that now includes a stairway into his newly opened Lower Level (complete with alchemy lab, herb garden, and summoning room)!
