I was surprisingly delighted by 'D&D Honor Amongst Thieves'. Fantasy is such an interesting category because their are films that aren't pure traditional fantasy, but still fantastical. A few of my recs: *The Wizard of Oz* (1939)... absolute classic, *Enchanted* (2007), *Pleasantville* (comedy/fantasy/drama, 1998). Pleasantville, like Field of Dreams, are definitely part of a sub-genre of fantasy. Contemporary fantasy? Don't know exactly what to call it. Jumanji (original & new) would qualify like that as well.
