So you guys might talk about this in a later episode but I’m just catching up. I actually love Robin being a lesbian for a few reasons but one of the big ones is that, while her and Steve would have been cute, he’s never really had a true best friend. Like Tommy and Carol were awful to him for the most part so this might be something he needs more than romance at that time. Also, the fact that Robin felt safe enough to tell Steve that she likes girls is incredible in any time period but in the 80s? She was honestly risking her life hoping he didn’t hate her, tell everyone and risk her being beat up, kicked out, even killed. I think that, while Steve can be a little dumb sometimes, his reaction to her coming out is one of my favourite coming out scenes of all times, it’s so perfect. I loved this reaction though, especially how upset you were about Alexei!
