But even since then I have never, ever seen an Ad on dailymotion, or on Youtube (except for using YT on the firestick on the main TV then it still shows ads) boo

2023-05-05 22:44:56 +0000 UTCDailymotion is horrible with adverts (if you don't have Adblock). Other reactors posted DM links with "embed" in them for years, which removed the adverts. However, recently, even links with this "embed" in them have adverts in them again. I now use Adblock, someone recommended that in a post many months ago. Might even have been you, who knows.
