Sand dunes shader .blend file

Heey guys

I  have been working a lot on some environment concepts for the Fishermen series and along the way I created some sand materials I can share with y'all!

1st Image - One of the test compositions I have been working on where I used this material.

2nd Image - If you go to the weight painting mode you can adjust the height of the sand dune displacement. You can turn this off in Displace modifier under vertex group.

3rd Image - The nodes can be a little overwhelming, so I drew a little guide. This material consist of 3 parts - The sand texture, the toon shader (which reacts to light object) and color ramp that adds the fading-into-distance effect.

To make this feel like a hand-drawn scene, I ran couple of these images thru https://fotosketcher.com/ and composed them in After Effects.
