If I really love my man I know I wouldn't want him to carry on alone. Of course, you never really know how you're going to feel until it's staring you in the face. But at least I hope that's how I would feel about it deep down. I actually have a friend who picked out who her husband should marry because she knew she was going to die and she knew what he needed. And he actually married that person. At first I was like.....well that's weird.....but now that I'm a little older I'm kind of impressed by that. I'm not sure we can really say much about timing though right? I think it just depends on the circumstances of the death and how that affects a person's grieving process. Was it a sudden death? Was it an illness? If an illness, was the person sick for a really long time? What kind of illness was it? Because there are some mental illnesses, like certain types of dementia, were it's almost like the person is taken away from you twice; first mentally, then physically. Then on top of all of that, each person deals with grief differently. Too many factors lol!

If we have any 😅 teach them right from wrong, scold them if you have to, pay attention, tell them stories where you learned tough lessons, so at least they might have an escape route, Just do what you gotta do. Don’t add more problems to your life though, focus on bettering yourself & your life without me. Laugh about the good & bad times, learn from them. Also husband or not, it doesn’t matter, humans & mostly women think too much lmao I can’t be stressed over things like being “forgotten” or someone “taking my place”… why think like that? Why do that to yourself? .. bishhh move on. Even if it shows that they cared by not moving on fast.. moving on faster is better for everyone. That’s all I would want for that person, if it was a thing.
