I was curious and did a little research, it might be a version of Vimeo through Patreon. And I don't think there is a download button right? It doesn't bother me, but yes it is a little different. Also the web server that it's on I believe is Google which doesn't really mean anything -maybe everything is on Google web services. lol I typed a lot but all in circles ๐
