Because they always got in trouble, I felt burden to not fuck up, because 1 less kid to worry about it. It's tiring Terry lol so I understood why she criticized the brother and that nigga just look 16, he is grow as hell!!!!!

Bruh......They hinted at it a lot but it was easy to miss because she was trying to hide it so of course they wouldn't make it super obvious. They want us (the viewers) to have the same perspective as her family and friends who have no idea that she's been sick. They want us to be just as surprised as them. Otherwise what is the point of storytelling if there are no good plot twists? Not gonna lie, there are other things in this drama that annoyed me but I think this part at least is good storytelling because it's a plot twist where her actions that didn't make sense or seemed weird make sense once it's revealed. Now you just need to think about what you missed and go back and find those scenes if you want (or if you don't believe us lol). Or maybe reading the comments below will jog your memory idk. I also think they will bring back those scenes later to remind us so you may not need to waste your time doing all of that.

She said it was only for a little bit when they were little kids and she forgot about it shortly after that. Like puppy love right? You might want to check that part cuz (as usual) you looked down and got distracted/annoyed too quickly and didn't read everything she was saying in her head after he told her how he felt. It was right after the scene where they showed a flashback of a memory from there childhood when she was too afraid to swim.
