Newsflash for you Brix when it comes to working and expectations of making something of yourself, Black parents are like that too, not just non American parents. Also, they're just child hood friends. I grew up with a family so close to ours that we called each other cousins & mothers aunties until we got and started dating each other, then we stopped that! 🤣 We're not dating anymore but never called each other cousins anymore, but we still call each others parents Auntie & Uncle even though they aren't. It's a cultural norm globally for most POC children to address elders as such.

I guess it just depends on how they've really been thinking about each other deep down early in the relationship even if they tried to hide it. But hiding it that long is kind of unrealistic. But who's looking for reality in a kdrama lol! I just finished catching up with this drama with episode 14. So many twists I wasn't expecting which was good. But I feel like Bris might think some of the dramatic moments are a bit overdone lol! I thought it was overall a really cute drama with some really touching moments.

Her calling him baby wasn’t anything crazy or weird. They were like five. You two always talk over the detail part when they explaining or setting things up. Lol

And the half siblings liked each other. But turns out they’re not related at all and got married in the end HAHA. I did saw a short clip on YouTube many years ago, and I was like, nope, not watching that drama 😂😂😂

Coz like you’ve seen in ep 3, he liked her in his teens, so I find it possible for the romance between the two and not weird at all. But I might find it hard to believe if they were childhood friends and suddenly picked up feelings for each other when they’re in their thirties and above, coz that’ll feel too out of the blue.
