honestly tho, i never understood how this show wins the popularity vote every time. i get it, the leads have amazing chemistry. but everything else is just too much. the storyline is so convoluted. it could literally be two different shows; a romantic comedy and a murder mystery. they clash way too much. and they can completely do without the obnoxious school kid and gang temple storylines. i also hated the use of the cliche 'gay' character, but it was more digestible than all the other stuff. every reactor i follow who has watched this has said the same thing; the leads are great but the show was not for them.

Just silliness that you don't have to dig too deep into. You want a show that doesn't stop moving? Death's game! Best drama I've seen! 8 episodes and each one is like a different genre of kdrama. Cinematics are amazing too π

I thought it was because he Mom is too selfish to desire to protect others, but whatever God's gave the family line the powers see that Bong has that strong desire. Like how the original ancestor who got the powers first was trying to protect her village and korea from invaders.

So basically they just realized he's a fraud since he's Korean and not Indian. That was pretty obvious from the start which is what's supposed to make it funny that they're so shocked about it.

2024-03-29 09:55:33 +0000 UTCLOL! The music in romance scenes with older k-dramas always cracks me up. It's always so dramatic. The sappy romance scenes aren't for you we get it. You're absolutely right. It's not that kind of k-drama where every little thing has to make sense. It's more about the comedic and randomly unhinged moments that make you laugh cause it's so ridiculous. It's not for everybody. I don't always watch k-dramas to see if the storyline makes sense all the way so I can analyze it all deep and junk as that doesn't always entertain me especially if I'm tired from work and just want to rest my brain. I do like those a lot too that have really good/smart storylines and interesting plot twists depending on what kind of mood I'm in (that's why i was so excited when you watched Flower of Evil). The whole concept of her having these powers is already unrealistic anyway it's just an interesting concept that's all. Also it seemed pretty obvious to me that she got her power back because her intentions were never selfish like her mothers and the fact that she was tricked into hurting an innocent person. So whoever is supposed to be granting these powers made an exception. When she wished for her powers to come back it was so she could save an innocent person. I don't know maybe it would be best to just think of this as if it's a variety show cuz you be get'n all irritated and upset over the storyline lol. All I know is that I laughed a lot watching this and it's more of a stress reliever for me. Thanks again for reacting!

Thatβs how my brain explained it to me lol I watched the show because the guy who played the president used to be an idol in ZE:A plus he was in hwarang and is like Vs best friend so I wanted to support but I agree most of it is filer but the I heard the season 2 on Netflix is a lot better
