Cruelty Squad was highly, highly requested because it's insane nonsense im-sim weirdness with just a hint of jank. A light sprinkling of jank, a whiff to acclimate the palate. I love this game, but that love didn't come easy. It required a dedication to playing through it and the knowledge that it would get better. As I started putting this video together, PC Gamer gave this game 93/100, a score that would usually cost some sweet EA bucks - which I know the devs of this game don't have despite their claims to a perfectly attuned CEO mindset. Fucking LARPers!
It's a tough game to look at so, in addition to the photosensitivity warning in the video, here is another photosensitivity warning, because even though I subjected someone with photosensitive epilepsy to parts the video, you just can't be sure with this one.
