Site Update: 22 September 2018

Hey folks! Two new chapters from me this week: first, a continuation of Cadence, in which we find out more about what happened to Lucius when he was cursed by an angry priest 19 centuries ago; and a new story in which a young man (who’s secretly been given spoken-desire-driven transformation serum) is asked what the optimal dick size is. What would you say?

I enjoyed revisiting Cadence a lot—I feel like Lucius has several layers to him I haven’t really begun fully exploring yet. I should mention that since we flash back in this chapter to the events of the curse, which (as has already been noted) resulted in the priest’s murder, we now actually witness that brutal event. Because it’s so important to the story as an ending and a beginning I didn’t shy away from it; but the story now has a “Violence” tag, and that’s why. There are a few other favorite characters from my more “dramatic” stories that I want to return to soon (including the djin who’s currently stuck in 1950s middle America, and my four-armed P.I. needs to get out of that house and start looking for trouble-making witches), but don’t worry, I haven’t forgotten that this site is about the sex! I still write stories for Metabods because I enjoy writing gay transformation erotica, goofy and “serious” alike.

I want to call out a special thanks to the readers who’ve joined up on Patreon. That’s truly what makes possible the time I put into writing and maintaining this site. (If you missed it last week, check out the little boosts I gave to the search page.) I also want to very cordially thank the readers who submit tag suggestions. I fell behind for a bit, but I’m all caught up now, and I really appreciate your taking the time to send these in. Sometimes there are some I don’t quite agree with (I have certain measurements in mind for what constitutes a “hyper cock”, for example; that’s the kind of thing that’s on the tag’s main page), but it’s all really helpful, both for new stories where I missed a good tag and for old stories I might not have looked at in a decade or two.

I have also been trying to add new, useful tags as they come up in the content I’m posting. It occurred to me recently that a lot of stories on the site feature perma-boners, for example, but I didn’t have a tag for it and it’s tough to search for (since there are several different ways to put it). And the Cris Kane story I’m posting this week pretty much demanded an Age Progression tag, which I’ve never actually implemented ’til now despite it being one of the basic tropes of transformation erotica (not that there’s a lot of it in the archives, I think). Other basic tags are needed (science vs. magic, unaware, etc.), and those will happen. So, my point is that the tag complement changes, which means those who look for such things will find that possible tag suggestions arise as new tags are added.
