Idk why people hate Kwon so much; he's the only person who truly treats her like an equal. The workforce is a competition, regardless of if you wish to view it that way or not. You feel sorry for her because of her autism, but when him and the other girl were competing, you laughed. Put her autism aside, she's a person constantly receiving unfair treatment. From what he knows, she's an already great lawyer who also has the CEO backing her. Instead of processing her resignment, their boss decides to give her grace when he knows that if it was him, he wouldn't be offered as such. He sees it for what it is, she is a formidable person he has to be the best over. His concerns are valid, no matter how much you may hate his personality. And I don't mean YOU as in BRIS. I mean YOU generally. Anybody working hard to achieve anything would be just as pissed as he is; it has nothing to do with her autism and everything to do with how people treat her because of it. And Woo feels the same way, take her and her father's last conversation for example.
