Vincenzo is the good guy because he isn't a psychopath unlike Jang Jun-woo and Choi-Myung-hee. He's a killer, but he doesn't enjoy it and he has a conscience so he has nightmares about the things he's done.

At the beginning of the episode he abused and assaulted several of his past partners. Vinchenzo is not not a good guy either but he has morals when doing things.
