I feel as though Heeseung, Niki, and Jay are wrong in certain aspects. Yes, this score is tallied up individually but it’s also averages out as a team. 1)Niki and Jake are overworking the grounders, who are slower at picking up things. So instead of them being frustrated and rushing them, they should have came from an understanding point of view to make the work more fun and together. 2) I get where they coming from professionally (Niki & Jay) but a team can’t learn if they are exhausted. They keep pushing and pushing when most of the people there probably can’t keep up like that. 3) Heeseung isn’t thinking about the full concept of the test. So what if you are scored individually, if the team isn’t together because of the fact that he didn’t want to help the people who needed it, there performance won’t matter. 4) I feel bad for the grounders who went to I-land because they feel out of place and the are low key being treated as such. They are literally in a group together while the old I-landers are together. It’s just overall a mess. I get why Sunoo wants to go back to Ground because it was more comfortable and everyone was more understanding.

Niki was barely 15 when I-Land was filmed and he sometimes lacks the ability to lead or communicate effectively. At the end of the day, Niki just wanted things to go well and to make it in this industry you have to put in your EVERYTHING. I mean you can kind of tell that some of the Grounders were definitely not working as hard or as passionately as some boys like Niki and Jay.
