An interesting difference between Kim & Jimmy is on display here. After the scheme they're celebrating in bed. Kim still defends the justice of it saying the DA did overplay her hand, so it wasn't a bad thing they did. Jimmy just seemed to be into it for the thrill. As he said, it was super risky for him, being so close to his reinstatement. But Kim does still get a kick out of it, and their shared enjoyment of it seems to revive and re-spark their relationship. So maybe now she too will start to veer from finding a moral justification to, like Jimmy, doing it for fun... :O
