I believe those are should be in other countries’ PSN as well, but maybe you couldn’t find them just searching my name there; the publisher is Disruptive Publishers - if you could find their themes, my themes should be there as well!
If you can’t find them via search on the console, PS app or PSN Store via PC browser should work!
Looks like those called Slide N’ Go in some countries, and searching for Dynamic Theme words could also help!

Got the Koi Nobori avatar. Love it. And themes still not available in Russia for some reason.
