I'm usually do studies and warm-ups before main freelance work (for some reasons it's much easier for me to do freelance) and after it. When I'm waiting for client to respond I sometimes have free hours to paint something I want to, so It usually take no warm-ups or cool-downs. Hope that kind of explanation is OK :)
