To be fair, this is not too bad an expansion for Sarah Jane. Or all the other women around the world. This case of Conscious Quantum Anomaly could be much, much worse. She could be a Balloon, or a Blueberry, or just completely Naked. But the Anomaly has merely caused her body to grow Larger and Wider and her clothes along with it. She'll be fine in the long run.
