Hey everyone!
I just wanted to fill you all in as to where I'm at. In the recent weeks, I have been back to working out in the form of swimming! I had been dealing with some almost chronic joint pain, especially with lifting, but not as much with swimming!
Two things are going on with my physique because of it.. the belly is shrinking and I'm dropping fat (not exactly intentionally). The second, which I'm more excited about, is that I feel like I'm turning some of that fat into muscle! I've never been terribly good at keeping fat on my body for long π€·ββοΈ but I feel like I'm decent at putting muscle on given enough calories and consistancy at the pool. I'll def be bulking up to this size, hopefully bigger, again in the future.
In the mean time, I'll just be going for as much muscle as possible and any fluff that I acquire along the way is great π I am so grateful for all your support!
