Added 2020-10-14 20:43:15 +0000 UTCI currently find myself unable to work on new mods because all the old mods are screaming for attention. This must be what having kids is like.

An important bugfix for anyone using a 2.x version. This partially reverts the cooldown mechanics, fixing the issue where the cooldown isn't applied correctly due to a race condition in high (or even medium) script lag situations. It also reverts the power to being a lesser power, removing the "Powers can only be used once a day" error message.
Imperious 7.27.0
The most notable thing is that this is an Imperious update. The other notable thing is that this removes some of the silliness from Stones of Galen, as well as making Shockwave only trigger when you're not moving, making it harder to waste by accident.
More updates
There will be another Triumvirate update in the near future, fixing a small number of bugs and most importantly, rebalancing the Adamant patch to make up for the perks that double your sun damage in the Restoration tree. I may have to blanket nerf sun spells in the patch.
