First Anxiety Tips video
Added 2020-05-08 07:15:56 +0000 UTCI mentioned here, a long time ago, that I would try to create some type of "tips for anxiety" series based on what I do to help me own. I've written out the first video. I'm going to get it recorded over the next week or two. Hope everyone is hanging in there = )

My significant other suffers with anxiety to the point where she doesnt want to go out, if there's a problem no matter how trivial becomes a major international incident, but i love her to bits and always be the hand of reassurance
