Basic Tutorial Requests?

Chipping away at Modding 101 again. Getting my mod set up moving forward again (installed 10 more from my list... if you don't know I had to reinstall everything for my brain went a little nutty... now that it's a bit more on track I'm progressing it all again.. slowly).
101 Load Order is a huge and overwhelming tutorial to make so I'm going very slow. Curious if anyone here has thoughts for something not very difficult to make a tutorial for? I'll try any subject out but if it requires weeks of work I have a few of those already in mind = ) Just need something simple to get my feet wet and see something accomplished. Thought I'd ask you all = )

There is this TES Reloaded. Found it on FNV Nexus. No info on nexus refers to http://www.tesreloaded.com. Okay, I couldn't find a video on Youtube to explain how to load it or if it is any better than the basic setup for FNV. Also, no user feedback on how it works. Strange
