Getting close to that time folks...

Talking about money sucks but sometimes you have to do it.

We are at $449 right now in pledges. A few people pulled out due to the new system that Patreon was going to implement (they've posted a retraction today saying that they've listened to both the creators and supporters and won't be doing what they were going to... thank Mara) and some others have left without reason. I appreciate what those person's have done for me and am sorry to see them go. No one owes anyone an explanation for why they support or don't support what or who they do. However, if we go below $400 a month I will be put at less than $7,500 a year between ads and pledges and I won't be able to maintain the rate of work that I have been putting into content.

The mentioned figure coupled with what I get for being on disability is enough to squeak by month to month both in life and with GP. Any less and I'll have to put a lot of time into trying to find a job that can both accommodate my issues and the hours (or lack of them) that I am able to work. To get to the point...If we dip below $400 I'll have to put less time into video creation. GP will never go away (as I always say) but if I have to start looking for work content creation time will probably be cut in half (instead of 4 to 5 videos a month I'll be looking at 2 to 3 videos a month when working absolutely every hour that I can on content. As you know I don't just upload half hearted videos. I research, test and reach out.). I'll make a video about this soon to maybe get some new people willing to pledge. It was suggested that I make a video a week ago by a Patron but I didn't want to talk about money yet as I don't like talking about it in general. With things looking how they are it's better I do it now while there is still hope to continue doing this full/over time.  That's life I suppose folks = ) Going to do all that I can. You are all appreciated more than I can say.
