Adrena is a bit curious about the arrival of Kate Cerebella, but Kim is more irritated by her presence than anything. Yes, she's jealous of Kate's relationship with Ron, and the two share a mutual animosity towards one another.
We'll be seeing more of that in the future. And it's not solely Kim & Kate. In fact, Kate and Ann also really do not get along with one another for various reasons. Where there is women, drama often follows. 😏
