RSAHNP: ONE-SHOT: Ron's Workout with the Ladies

*Inside the new home of Ron Stoppable and his Ladies, more accurately in their personal gym, Ron was working out with Shego, Adrena Lynn and Rhea. Currently he was curling 25 pound dumbbells, while the ladies were getting ready to do some bench press with Adrena Lynn getting ready to bench 235 pounds with Shego being her spotter and partner.*

Shego: Okay, Lynn, try to get 6-8 reps at minimum.

Adrena: I'll try. I'm not quite as strong as you.

*Adrena Lynn slowly brings the weight down and up her chest, just beneath her sports bra clad breasts for 7 consecutive reps before placing the weight back within the holder.*

Adrena: Woooo! Didn't expect to get that many for my last set on bench.

Shego: Yeah, now it's my turn. Get some of those workout plates. I'm going for 305 pounds for my last set.

*They get it set up and Shego gets right to it. She slowly, steadily brings the weight down to her chest before pushing it up, keeping it steady as she repeats the action for all 8 consecutive reps before placing the weighted bar on the rest.*

Shego: I know I can do 325 or 350 for at least 6 reps.

Adrena: Yeah? But can you casually do 525 pounds for 8 reps?

Shego: Say that again?

*Adrena Lynn points the the bench press opposite of them where Rhea is handily lifting and doing 525 pound reps on pench press. It's an impressive sight seeing Rhea steadily lower the weight down to her chest and then push it back up again to complete the rep. They watched as Rhea completed all 8 consecutive reps and place the weighted bar back in its holder rest. The powerful beauty stood, stretched and flexed her body. She was magnificent in her beauty and power, which couldn't help but make Shego and Adrena Lynn envious. Ron couldn't help but stare at all three beauties, admiring their beauty and power. Plus, seeing all of them in sexy sport's bras and shorts was an extremely appealing sight for him.*

Shego: Fucking showoff!

Rhea: What's the matter? Can't compete with me?

Shego: Is that a challenge?

Rhea: It's whatever you want it to be, Sugar tits.

Shego: You know what? I'm game. Let's play! Squats and Deadlift.

Rhea: Sounds good to me.

Adrena: I'm just gonna join in to get a good workout and see where I stand.

Shego: Of course you are.

*Shego, Rhea and Adrena Lynn went about setting up the weights for doing squats. Adrena Lynn went first, managing to squat 290 pounds for 4 reps. Shego was next, managing to squat 395 pounds for 5 reps. Rhea was last, squatting a impressive 650 pounds for 7 reps, thus once again effortlessly outmuscling her competition. Ron watched it all, enjoying seeing the ladies toned legs and gorgeous asses on display as they did their workout. His staring didn't go unnoticed by the three beauties, who took pride in flaunting their bodies in front of the man they all loved.*

Shego: Okay, you won this one, Rhea! But let's see how you do when it comes to deadlifting.

*The three women got ready to deadlift, all while Ron watched on. Once again it was Adrena Lynn who was first, managing to deadlift an impressive 410 pounds. Not to be outdone, Shego managed to deadlift 550 pounds of weight. Alas, they were once again no match for Rhea's freakish strength as she effortlessly deadlift 875 pounds of weight. It just didn't seem that Shego and Adrena Lynn could compete with Rhea's natural born brute strength. It was a bit frustrating for Shego especially, who considered Rhea to be her biggest rival to her status as Ron's Alpha Female of the group.*

Shego: You know what?! That's it! You and me! Arm wrestling match! Now!

*Rhea smiles in amusement, more than ready to undertake Shego's challenge. She enjoyed seeing Shego angry. It was sexy. And the fact that Ron was watching made it all the more enticing.*

Rhea: As you wish, Selene. But if I win, you got to give me a kiss.

Shego: *Glares and blushes, an almost angry pout appearing on her features.* Fine. Deal.

*The two sit down at a nearby table, readying themselves for the contest of strength. They lock hands and when both are set and ready... The arm wrestling match is on! The two women rage at it, Shego giving it her all, but she only manages to move Rhea a bit to the side. A mischievous smirk crosses Rhea's features as she begins to overpower Shego, now fully utilizing her overwhelming physical strength. Shego tries with all her strength to fight on, but Rhea proves too strong and slams her hand down, effectively winning the match.*

Rhea: Game, set, and match. Time to pay up.

*Shego crosses her arms over her chest and glares at Rhea, embarrassment and anger coursing through her veins at having been so soundly defeated. Never before had anyone physically overpowered her until Rhea Rampage entered the picture. She was clearly superior in terms of physical strength. It irked Shego, but there was nothing she could do but deal with the consequences.*

Rhea: Well? I'm waiting.

*Releasing a sigh, Shego then lunges across the table and gives Rhea an intense, passionate kiss. It lasted a few moments before Shego ended it, her cheeks crimson with a blush as she looked away. She did have to admit that she really enjoyed kissing Rhea, even though she couldn't understand why she felt that way in regards to the rival Amazon. Before Rhea could make any remark, Ron approached the table and spoke.*

Ron: Hey, Rhea, can I take a shot at it? Arm wrestling you, that is?

Rhea: *Laughs* You, Ron? Arm wrestle me? Are you serious?

Ron: Um, yeah. I think I might have a chance of winning. I mean, it's not impossible. Highly unlikely, but not totally out of the realm of possibility or anything.

Rhea: Okay, Ronnie, if you wanna take a swing at it, feel free to do it.

Ron: Awesome!

Adrena: Wooo-hooo! Go, Ronnie!

*Ron locks hands with Rhea, getting ready for the arm wrestling match. Then, suddenly, it began... And Ron couldn't even so much as budge Rhea! He tried with all of his might, much to the sheer amusement of Rhea, Adrena Lynn and Shego.*

Rhea: Are you trying your best, Ronnie?

Ron: Yessss... *He snarls and grunts between clenched teeth, trying with all his might to move Rhea's arm back, but to no avail.*

Rhea: No offense, Ronnie, but there's no way you're going to win this.

Ron: Never... surrender.

Shego: You've really got to admire his determination and tenacity.

Adrena: Definitely.

Rhea: You know you could just give up. There's no shame in losing to a stronger foe.

Ron: Not... Gonna... Happen!

Rhea: *Giggles* You're so cute when you're determined.

*As she leaned in, Ron got a good close look at Rhea's cleavage, but remained focused. However, seeing her large, sports bra clad breasts did give him an idea on how to potentially beat Rhea. He just needed to act upon it before she decided to quickly end this arm wrestling match.*

Rhea: Are you going to man up, Ron, or am I going to have to end this before you can...

*It was then, just before she finished her sentence that Ron kissed Rhea, catching her completely off guard. She is so entranced by Ron's passionate kiss that she loses focus, which is exactly what Ron had planned all along. For a second later Ron slams Rhea's hand down, effectively and decisively winning the arm wrestling match. The blushing Rhea only notices a few seconds later once Ron breaks the kiss and bolts to his feet in triumph.*

Ron: Boo-yah! I just beat you in arm wrestling! Who's the man? Ron's the man! Uh huh. That's right!

*Ron does a little victory dance to celebrate, while Rhea blushes in embarrassment as Shego and Adrena Lynn look on.*

Adrena: He did it!

Shego: Yeah, he actually did... why didn't I think of doing that?

Rhea: *Blushing and pouting cutely.* Hmph! You cheated.
