FR-10 "Nestled Waters" is a One-Page One-Shot designed for a Level 1 party. It can be run with very little prep, and focuses on RP, exploring areas of town, following some simple clues. Light combat encounters are mixed in, though perhaps an enterprising party will avoid them!
Experienced DMs can likely drop this into their own campaign world, and/or scale up for a higher level party with little effort!
