There's a known, recent OneDrive error where not signed-in users can only download individual files. Zip files will contain a text file only.
The current solution is to be signed in to OneDrive when downloading a group of files. I assume Microsoft will solve this soon, if not, I should look into another alternative.
The idea is to make downloading/viewing files easier for the members, so this is not ideal.

For my part, im all good, i just download the most hd jpg image and im served
