2020-04-01 06:54:21 +0000 UTCAll the people are hand painted, the ring and lights is a DAZ Studio render with a set I bought for this image. I mixed everything and applied painting filters in Filter Forge and then used the Pictoric filter in Clip Studio Paint to create the background line art and make it more integrated with the character. :)
