Also there is a difference in the US between “off-broadway” and “not on broadway.” Off broadway is classification of theater in NYC. It goes broadway, off-broadway, off-off-broadway, regional, community, and then from then on to like. school productions. Within the broadway classifications its all based in NYC or adjacent to, and mainly based on the amount of seats in a theater! Broadway is 500+ seats in a theater, off-broadway is 100-499 seats, and off Broadway is <100. Regional theaters are professional, non-profit companies that produce their own seasons all around the US!

I'm lucky enough to not have a toxic, misinformed and judgmental 'friend' like Ocean. I'm going to guess that her song isn't complex or interesting because... neither is she or the music she listens to. That might seem like a huge insult to Ocean, but when you only think about yourself, what else is there for someone to connect to?

I think the fact they are from Canada is made a little clearer later into the show, but they usually just say they’re from Saskatchewan so it can be confusing if you aren’t familiar with Saskatchewan.
