More is explained in the short story Zelandia coming up, but Celestin is Arka's adoptive transmasc parent. He lives at the monastery and teaches there, but doesn't dress like the other divine scholars because he doesn't want to. lol
If you see any old content referring to Celestin in the story as anything else, that's because I rewrote his role: only Skyset Knights is canon.
